Easy and delicious overnight oats recipes are so important. Having prepped your breakfast the night before, you wont be running around in the morning stressing about what to eat. I love overnight oats because this way you know for sure you will have a healthy breakfast, and not opt for something quicker and bad for you.
Mix everything up in your bowl or jar, cover it, and leave it in the fridge for the morning! Easy peasy, and so yummy.
I dressed my bowl of oats up with some pumpkin seeds, bee pollen, walnuts and flowers. If you are going 100% vegan don't worry about the bee pollen!
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp maple syrup
3/4 cup cashew milk
bee pollen (omit for vegan)
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl and mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with whatever you wish and enjoy!
