1 tbsp Matcha Yu matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh spinach, packed
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
Whatever toppings you wish, I used:
maple cinnamon buckwheat granola (my own recipe)
Combine all ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Top with whatever your favourite toppings are and enjoy!
